Refund Policy

    Effective Date: April 26, 2025

    1. Eligibility for Refunds

    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your Metefy Kit, provided the kit is unused and in its original packaging. Please include proof of purchase.

    2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Used, damaged, or incomplete Metefy Kits
    • Digital services, subscriptions, or downloadable products
    • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

    3. Refund Process

    • Email support@metefy.com with your order details and reason for return
    • We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions
    • Ship the kit back to us in its original condition and packaging
    • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

    4. Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days from our confirmation, please check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If issues persist, contact us at support@metefy.com.

    5. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us with details and photos of the defect or damage.
